FinTek Consulting is pleased to announce its 15th consecutive year of offering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training in Lafayette IN. The 2018 schedule is as follows:

- Analyze June 18th – June 20th (M-T-W)
- DOE July 16th – July 19th (M-T-W-Th)
- Improve/Control August 20th – August 22nd (M-T-W)

Our program is unique in that participants bring a pre-approved project from their sponsoring company to training class. We provide project selection assistants for all students in advance of the class, to maximize learning and provide acceptable ROI for the organization. Typically, ROI for one Lean Six Sigma project is over ten times the investment in the program which is $7, 495 per participant. The projects are the basis for FinTek’s learn-and-apply model.
We often say that participants must “get it and live it”. So, we offer performance progress reviews via a report out at each session, as well as. 24/7 access to coaching and mentoring by our instructors to keep the projects on track, so that ROI is realized, and the trained Champions and Black Belt Project Leaders are ready and able to go anywhere in the organization to sponsor and facilitate the next improvement opportunity.
Our team of Master Black Belts, Darrell Finney, and Douglas Lowery have been training since the very first year in 2003, and have been complimented by the addition of Monica Lopez in 2016. Together they have facilitated more than 800 successful Lean and Six Sigma projects.
