Karissa is a continuous improvement professional with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. Karissa’s wide range of experience from a Fortune 500 food company to the leading manufacturer of trailers in the United States have allowed her to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodology in many settings. She has served in roles from front line supervision to process improvement to management.
