Ricardo is an action-oriented executive with 22 years of experience transforming all the value streams one finds in organizations:
-Order Fulfillment (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics)
-Customer Acquisition and Development (Sales)
-Product Development (Innovation)

Additionally, he’s led or supported teams engaged on improving support functions like: HR, Organizational Development, IT, Legal, Engineering, QA, Maintenance, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting and Customer Service.

His work experience has taken him to discrete and continuous (process) manufacturing in multiple industries, service processes, back offices, make-to-order and make-to-stock environments, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, as well as Custom Job-Shops.  He’s transformed processes both as an internal team member as well as an external resource.

Ricardo has a solid track record of working with teams to define an objective, learn the processes at hand, zero-in on execution gaps and using specific process improvement tools and methods, unleash incremental value for stakeholders.

He is an avid learner and a MBB in Six Sigma, PMP, CSCP, and a Japan-trained master in Lean Enterprise (TPS) methodologies leading over 150 Kaizen events.
